Weekly Lawn Care

Keep your grass looking beautiful with our mowing services. Every visit includes trimming & blowing grass off drive & walkways.

Spring Clean-up

We will clean-up any leaves and debris from your lawn, landscaping, flower beds and hardscaping.

Fall Clean-up

We will clean-up any leaves and debris from your lawn, landscaping, flower beds and hardscaping.

Shrub Trimming

Have overgrown bushes or shrubs? We can trim your overgrown bushes back down to size.

Shrub Fertilizing

This service includes three applications throughout the year the ensure all hedges/shrubs & plants stay healthy through the year.

Fertilizing

Keep your lawn healthy all summer long by giving it the nutrients it needs. Service includes five visits throughout the season using a granular fertilizing mix to thicken and green your lawn and control broadleaf weeds.

5 Step Program
1st Application: Crabgrass pre-emergement w/fertilizer. This application helps control germination of crabgrass.

2nd Application: Liquid weed spray application. This application helps control dandelions, clovers, plantains & broadleaf weeds.

3rd Application: Slow release fertilizer. This application thickens and greens your lawn.

4th Application: Liquid weed spray application. This application helps control dandelions, clovers, plantains & broadleaf weeds.

5th Application: Winterize Fertilizer. This application enhances root building and prepares your lawn for winter dormancy.

Dethatching

This process removes unwanted layers of dead grass that lays on your lawn. It is recommended to dethatch when your lawn has in excess of 1” of thatch. By letting thatch build up your lawn growth can be inhibited.

Aeration

This service can be preformed in both the fall and spring and insures that your soil has plenty of room to breath and does not become over compacted. Causes of compacted soil can be from heavy foot traffic, soils with lots of clay, standing water in areas of the lawn after rain fall or watering. Any yard that has not been aerated in more than two years can benefit from it.

Overseeding

If it has been over 4 years since your lawn has been overseeded, now is the time to do it. Overseeding brings back that full thick grass and has it looking just like new sod!

Sidewalk Edging

This will keep the lines & edges clean of your yard along driveways, curbs and walkways.

Mulch Refresh

Whether you would just like to add an additional layer of mulch to your pre-existing landscaping or have it delievered to you, Northern Property Services can help.

Landscape Weed Control

For weekly mowing customers only. Northern Property Services will make sure that your landscaping is weed free all summer long.

Perennial Plant Clean-up

Once perennial plants go dormant for the year, we will cut them down. By doing this, this will insure your landscape will keep its clean look appearance.
